Most departures are from a public pontoon or marina near Southport or Main Beach, with convenient parking available nearby. After booking confirmation, we'll send you exact location details and parking information.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Absolutely! BYO drinks and food are always welcome. We provide champagne glasses, ice, and esky space. Easy finger foods and snacks work best while cruising on the Broadwater.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety is always our #1 priority. If weather conditions make cruising unsafe, we offer a free date change or full refund in line with our weather cancellation policy. We will notify you as early as possible.
How do I confirm my booking?

What is the cancellation policy?
